Responsible For
- Strategic Relationship Development: Cultivate new and existing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and expand EquiCare’s presence in the marketplace.
- Client Needs Assessment: Gain in-depth knowledge of prospective clients’ operations and pain points, identifying opportunities to introduce EquiCare’s tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
- Sales and Service Program Design: Lead the development of customized service programs, ensuring that they are aligned with client requirements and expectations, and oversee their smooth implementation.
- RFP & Proposal Management: Coordinate resources to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), crafting compelling proposals that showcase EquiCare’s unique value and competitive advantages.
- Annual Business Plan: Develop and execute an annual sales and service plan, identifying potential clients, and outlining the strategies for introducing EquiCare’s services and meeting their needs effectively.
- Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies and operational support, driving successful program implementations and client satisfaction.

- Education & Licensing: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field. Advanced industry certifications such as CPCU or ARM are a plus.
